I’m a high-craft systems-thinking product designer with 8+ years spent working across 0‑to‑1 startups and enterprise SaaS. I don't separate strategy from systems, or systems from the smallest word on the screen. To me, high craft and care is essential across every layer of the work...both for the users experiencing it, and the businesses betting on it.
